Covent Garden Hotel is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our renowned kitchen team in London. You will craft high-quality breakfast dishes and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen that adheres to health and safety standards.

You will work closely with a small team to ensure smooth service, contribute to creative menu development, and uphold the hotel's commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

• Coordinate room service breakfast prep for timely service.
• Assist with food prep for upcoming breakfast service to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure dishes are well-presented and consistently delicious.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes, adhering to Firmdale's standards of excellence.
• Ensure the kitchen is organised and clean, complying with Health and Safety regulations at all times.
• Manage food preparation for room service orders efficiently, maintaining prompt service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to complete food prep for the next breakfast service, ensuring a seamless operation.
• Maintain impeccable attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are beautifully presented and consistently delicious.
