Holiday Inn London - Heathrow M4,jct.4 is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook a range of breakfast items, ensuring high presentation and consistent quality to start guests' day well.

This role emphasizes early shifts, teamwork, and hygiene standards; you will help train junior staff and support stock management as part of a busy morning service at our Heathrow airport hotel.

Qualifications

• Has experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Enjoys early shifts and the routine of breakfast service.
• Takes pride in producing well-cooked, well-presented food consistently.
• Works calmly and efficiently in a structured kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, pastries and other breakfast items.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard, with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen areas, equipment and workstations.
• Support the ordering and management of kitchen supplies and stock levels.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support a smooth and efficient service.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and well maintained.
• Assist with the training and support of junior kitchen team members when required.

The Opportunity

As our Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard, ensuring food is presented attractively and served with care. Your work will help guests feel nourished, relaxed and ready for the day ahead.
