LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Breakfast Chef for St Martins Lane, a Morgans Originals hotel in Covent Garden. You will lead the breakfast service, delivering five-star breakfast dishes with exceptional presentation while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or Commis Chef within a quality hotel or restaurant environment.

• The ability to work independently and confidently manage breakfast service.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A positive, reliable, and professional approach.
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance standards.
• The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy service environment.
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and develop a career within luxury hospitality.
