Qualifications

• Takes pride in producing well-cooked, well-presented food with care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a range of breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast and pastries.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas, equipment and workstations.
• Support ordering and management of kitchen supplies and stock levels.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Keep work areas clean, organised and well maintained.
• Assist with the training and support of junior kitchen team members.
