Job summary

The Scotsman Group in Scotland is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our diverse venues. You will prepare and plate breakfast dishes according to menu specs, ensuring consistency and quality across shifts.

You will prepare ingredients for senior chefs, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and comply with all health and safety and hygiene standards. We offer flexible working, staff meals on duty, 100% tips via TRONC, Wagestream access, plus career development through Scotsman Steps

Qualifications

• The ability to work well independently and multi-task.
• Experience in a similar role or a keen interest in pursuing a culinary career.
• The ability to work in a fast paced and high pressured environment.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.

As a Breakfast Chef, your role will include:
