Job summary

The Inn Collection Group is seeking a Breakfast Chef for The Lindisfarne Inn, a brewery of renowned pubs with rooms assets in Northumberland. You will take full responsibility for your section before, during and after service, ensuring the highest standards of freshness and presentation of all dishes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Breakfast Chef role in fresh food environments.
• Demonstrates high standards of food hygiene, safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure presentation and attention to detail for your section before, during, and after service.
• Maintain appropriate storage, labelling and dating of all food stock according to policy.

As Breakfast Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are key. A natural early riser, punctual and consistent, your experience in a similar role and commitment to fresh food environments will shine through as you take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service. You will maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and quality, ensuring the appropriate storage, labelling, and dating of all food stock following company policy and legislation.

You’ll work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, demonstrating strong communication, time-keeping, and organisational skills.
