Job summary

The Seaton Lane Inn, part of the Inn Collection Group, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join an energetic kitchen team. You’ll take responsibility for your section, ensuring dishes are presented to a high standard and prepared with care from start to finish.

You’ll oversee food safety, storage and compliance, work closely with front-of-house and management, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a passion for quality food.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food.
• Presentation and attention to detail are paramount.
• Strong communication and teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house.
