Job summary

Locke in Manchester is seeking a Breakfast/Brunch Chef for a full-time role with 4 hours across 7 days. The Coffee Club operates 7am–5pm, so evenings are free unless events occur.

You will cover breakfast and brunch duties, prep for daily sales, ensure top hygiene, and support events up to 100 guests while complying with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Confident to work independently or with others.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Breakfast/Brunch Chef to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a full time role working 4 hours across 7 days. The Coffee Club is open 7am-5pm which means your evenings are always free (unless we have special events on)!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Responsibilities

• Cover all kitchen and back house duties including breakfast menu, brunch menu and prep for daily sales.
• Prep and execute delivery of hotel events of up to 100 guests.
• Cleanliness and hygiene to be of the highest degree
• Endlessly curious - and always trying to impress and improve the products and customer expectations
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements

• At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Confident to work independently or with others
• Ability to work well under pressure
