edyn Limited in Manchester is seeking a Breakfast/Brunch Chef to join the Whitworth Locke team. The role is a full-time position with 4 hours across 7 days, meaning mornings are busy while evenings remain free.

We're looking for a Breakfast/Brunch Chef to join our team in Whitworth Locke in Manchester. This is a full time role working 4hours across 7days. The Coffee Club is open 7am-5pm which means your evenings are always free (unless we have special events on)!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Responsibilities:

• Cover all kitchen and back house duties including breakfast menu, brunch menu and prep for daily sales.
• Prep and execute delivery of hotel events of up to 100 guests.
• Cleanliness and hygiene to be of the highest degree
• Endlessly curious - and always trying to impress and improve the products and customer expectations
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• At least one year’s experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Confident to work independently or with others
• Ability to work well under pressure
