Sherpa Kids is hiring a Breakfast and After School Club Manager for Clapham Manor Primary School, London. The role runs Monday to Friday with early morning and late afternoon sessions and paid extra hours during holidays and promotions, on a permanent 52-week contract.

Lead staff, coordinate with the school and parents, and drive bookings while ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for children. DBS required; references will be requested.

Qualifications

• Management & team leadership experience
• Real passion for working with children
• 2+ years experience of management
• Quick learner with problem solving skills
• Be the face of JAG and communicate between the School and JAG
• Promoting the club and increasing bookings

Responsabilités

• Manage, direct and support staff to deliver a safe and engaging programme
• Ensure clear communication between venue, team, parents, school/host and Central Operations
• Provide inclusive, fun care for children and encourage their interests
• Plan, supervise and deliver structured activities with energy
• Implement policies and protocols with the team
• Create engaging, memorable experiences that wow attendees
