Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Deputy Club Manager at Montpelier Primary School, London. This term-time role covers mornings and afternoons, 25 hours per week, with a break in between. You will lead activities, support the Club Manager, and help provide safe, engaging sessions for children aged 4–11.

Split shifts offer flexibility for study or family commitments; hours may increase during Holiday Club seasons. DBS checks and safeguarding procedures apply.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team-management potential.
• Strong communication with parents, schools and staff.
• Organised planning to support daily club activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome children morning and afternoon, creating a positive start to sessions.
• Lead activities such as arts, sports and structured play.
• Plan and deliver engaging sessions age-appropriate and inclusive.
• Motivate and support the team and Club Manager.
• Communicate with parents, host school and central operations to build strong relationships.
• Support health and safeguarding procedures according to policy.
