eTeach UK Limited is seeking a Breakfast & After School Club Manager to lead wraparound care for up to 70 children. You will oversee a small team, plan activities, manage routines, and ensure safeguarding in a warm, nurturing environment.

This role requires Level 3 Childcare qualification and proven experience with children and staff, with a friendly, organised approach and a passion for enriching daily experiences.

• Coordinate daily routines including breakfast, snacks and school transitions.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel valued and supported.
• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and childcare regulations are followed.

We are seeking an exceptional Breakfast & After School Club Manager to lead the continued development of our thriving wraparound care provision. Our popular clubs provide high-quality care for up to 70 children each session, creating a safe, nurturing and exciting environment where children can enjoy activities, socialise with friends, and start and end their school day positively. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced childcare practitioner and people manager to shape and develop a well-established provision while leading a dedicated team committed to children's wellbeing and enjoyment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading all aspects of the Breakfast and After School Club, ensuring a safe, engaging and enjoyable experience for every child
• Managing, motivating and supporting a small team of staff to deliver outstanding childcare
• Planning and organising a wide range of fun, creative and inclusive activities
• Coordinating daily routines, including breakfast, snacks and transitions to and from school
• Creating a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where children feel happy, valued and supported
• Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and childcare regulations
• Supporting children's individual needs, including personal care where required
• Managing resources, planning provision and driving the ongoing development of the club

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification
• Has successful experience working with children and managing staff

• Remains calm under pressure and adapts to changing situations

Working PatternSuggested hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time + 2 Weeks (40 weeks) 7:30am - 8:45am 2:00pm - 6:15pmThis schedule includes time for planning, preparation and organisation.We are flexible and willing to discuss alternative working patterns or hours for the right candidate.
