Côte Brasserie in Dorchester is seeking a skilled Chef to join our brigade and craft exceptional plates during service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision and consistency, and enjoys working as part of a tight-knit, professional team.

You'll execute menu items to brasserie standards, maintain a clean workspace, assist with prep, stock rotation, labeling, and kitchen organisation, while upholding strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook/chef in a high-volume or French-inspired kitchen.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure.
• A genuine passion for food, craft, and culinary growth.
• Punctuality, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit.
