Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator in Stoke-on-Trent to join a dynamic customer service team delivering branding, graphics and signage projects. You will coordinate projects from planning through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while maintaining excellent client communication.

The role offers hybrid working, a salary of £25,000-£28,000 per year, and opportunities to support multi-disciplinary teams across fleet, rail and architectural branding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar project support role.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Work closely with Project Managers to understand project specifications and customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers to provide updates, resolve queries and maintain excellent service.
• Coordinate labour, materials and resources with internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and help implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation and schedules.
• Support the coordination of larger, more complex projects and programmes of work.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the required standard.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer service.
