Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Coordinator role in Stoke-on-Trent within a branding, graphics and signage environment. You will support delivery of projects across fleets, rail and architectural branding, coordinating day-to-day activities and liaising with customers and internal teams.

The role requires an organised, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks, deadlines and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Good problem-solving and proactive approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Team player who can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from planning to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Work with Project Managers to understand project specifications and customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers to provide updates and resolve queries.
• Coordinate labour, materials and resources with internal departments.
• Monitor progress, identify issues and help implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate project records and schedules.
• Support the coordination of larger, more complex projects and programmes.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects efficiently and to the required standard.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer service.
