Job summary

KRG Holdings Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of branding, graphics and signage projects. You will coordinate day-to-day activities with Project Managers, customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Hybrid working and ongoing development are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar project support role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proactive approach to resolving issues and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Work closely with Project Managers to understand project specifications and customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers to provide updates, resolve queries and maintain excellent service.
• Coordinate labour, materials and resources with internal departments.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate project records and schedules.
• Support larger, more complex projects and programmes of work.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the required standard.
