Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers and greet all visitors.
• Offer to hold items for customers at the cash wrap or in the fitting room.
• Determine customer needs and suggest items and alternatives.
• Utilise all customer care resources and assist loss prevention.
• Locate out-of-stock products from direct sources or other stores.
• Maintain store merchandising and operational standards.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
