• Commercial awareness and interest in retail, brands, events, or experiential activity.
• Confidence using social media, especially LinkedIn, to build professional networks.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret budgets and performance data.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail with ability to manage priorities.
• Proactive problem-solver with good judgement.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work outside standard hours.
• Experience in a retail or leisure destination.

Responsabilités

• Support the generation and conversion of commercial enquiries, preparing proposals and schedules.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of activations, including site selection, approvals and operational planning.
• Build relationships with partners, agencies and internal teams to meet income and visitor-experience goals.
• Maintain accurate records, pipelines and income data; prepare monthly reports and dashboards.
• Use Excel to analyze performance data and provide insights.
• Ensure activity complies with health and safety, standards and legislation.
