British Land Company is seeking a Junior Commercialisation Manager to help identify, develop and deliver income-generating opportunities such as pop-up retail, brand experiences and events at Meadowhall Centre in Sheffield. Working with the Commercialisation Team, you will coordinate operations, compliance and performance reporting while engaging with partners and internal stakeholders.

The role focuses on supporting end-to-end activations, maintaining records, and contributing to revenue growth

Qualificações

• Commercial mindset and strong communication skills.
• Experience with retail, events, or brand activations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Support the full lifecycle of commercialisation activities from inquiries to delivery and performance tracking.
• Build relationships with brand partners, agencies, occupiers and internal teams to grow income and visitor experience.
• Maintain accurate commercialisation pipeline, income data and reconciliations with timely escalation of risks.
• Use Excel to analyse performance data and prepare monthly reports, dashboards and case studies.
