Job summary

Air Recruitment is seeking an Experiential Producer to lead physical brand experiences from brief to delivery, across flagship retail environments, pop-ups, exhibitions and live events. Based in Battersea with hybrid working, you will own projects, manage clients, budgets and timelines, and coordinate designers, production managers and suppliers to bring creative responses to life.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering physical experiences such as brand activations, pop-ups, exhibitions or live events.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Ability to manage budgets, scopes, schedules and approvals.
• Good understanding of fabrication, logistics and installation.

Responsibilities

• Taking and interrogating client briefs to establish objectives, priorities and deliverables.
• Leading day-to-day client communication and building strong relationships.
• Preparing proposals, scopes of work and project programmes.
• Building and managing overall project budgets and commercial performance.
• Coordinating internal teams, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Leading kick-offs, client meetings, presentations and progress updates.
• Managing feedback, approvals and changes to scope, budget or timings.
• Working with Production Managers to assess feasibility and delivery requirements.
• Tracking project risks, resources, deadlines and quality.
• Supporting pitches and identifying opportunities to develop existing accounts.
• Attending site visits and leading onsite where required.
• Managing project reconciliation and post-project reviews.
