Job summary

Confidential, a leading UK menswear eCommerce retailer, is hiring a Marketing Partnership Executive to join its in‑house Campaigns team. The role focuses on managing brand marketing relationships, planning seasonal campaigns, and driving performance through data‑led decisions.

Based near Scarborough, the office is on‑site with a permanent full‑time schedule. You will work with external brand partners and internal teams, negotiate contributions, maintain partner records, and report on campaign

Qualifications

• Experience in partner marketing or brand collaborations.
• Experience negotiating brand contributions.
• Experience tracking campaigns and reporting.
• Experience with CRM or partner databases.
• Fashion familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand campaigns across seasonal activity.
• Review and refine marketing media packs and amend as needed.
• Negotiate brand and third‑party contributions based on activity.
• Track confirmations and maintain partner contribution records.
• Analyze past performance and plan upcoming activity with partners.
• Invoice partners and support queries with Accounts.
• Chase outstanding payments and ensure commitments are delivered.
• Coordinate with Creative for seasonal imagery and assets.
• Produce review packs with performance statistics and feedback.
• Reach out to new brands and identify marketing contacts.
• Keep partner CRM updated with contact changes.
