Job description

Role: Brand Partnerships Account Manager
Reports into: Senior Brand Partnerships Manager
Location: London
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent (42.5 hours per week)

Who we are:

Broadwick is a multifaceted international company with headquarters in London who create, develop, own and operate a diverse portfolio of venues, spaces, events and experiences.

We believe in redefining spaces and how people experience music, art, culture and recreation by breaking down the traditional barriers. Our history and heritage is deeply rooted in music, building a portfolio of 20 global festivals before selling the portfolio in 2019 to focus on our growing portfolio of venues that includes Printworks London, Depot Mayfield Manchester, Drumsheds London, Exhibition London and Magazine London.

Collectively we strive to push boundaries and disrupt the cultural landscape by combining big thinking, bold ideas and commercial intelligence to produce spaces and experiences for discerning audiences in inspiring locations.

Our team:

Collaboration makes change. We believe the greatest impact comes from challenging the boundaries of traditional collaboration. Our team is responsible for leading this through radical partnership. We believe collaboration breeds innovation, which enables our brands, businesses and people to continually evolve. We aim to break down barriers and draw inspiration for our own creativity by seeking out new and often unexpected people, brands, collectives and companies at the top of their game, to partner and collaborate with.

Whether it’s corporate such as British Land, artistic partners such as United Visual Artists, or brand partners such as Red Bull, BMW and Asahi. Our business is built on partnership and harnessing the strength, diversity and expertise of those we work with to create something amazing — and ultimately, more powerful than what we could do alone.

What we’re looking for:

We’re a passionate and dedicated team and you’ll need to share our values and believe in our vision of the future of events and culture spaces. We work across all BWL venues and events and deliver a range of brand partnerships across our music event portfolio, including Drumsheds, Silverworks Island, Exhibition White City, Corner Corner, Brooklyn Storehouse, Magazine London, 22 Leake Street.

We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent account management skills, who is happy to jump in on all levels of project and be comfortable working across multiple projects at once.

We’re looking for someone who is all over new trends and culturally aware, passionate about music and all aspects of art and design. You’ll also need to be adept at driving creative that cuts through the noise and engages people in a competitive field.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Availability in the evenings / weekends during show seasons for on-site brand management.
  • Event coordination and managing of brand partners including client hospitality.
  • Supporting with load in / build across brand activations for e.g. Drumsheds or Silverworks.

  • General Support & Admin such as developing new brand partnerships systems, processes, trackers etc.
  • Update team’s project management too.

Sales

  • Support across outreach for new business, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
  • Developing new ideas and proposals including sales presentations, outreach, concepts + negotiation.

You’ll need to have:

  • Strong communication skills and proven ability at maintaining strong client relationships across multiple partners.
  • An aptitude for working under pressure and juggling multiple high priority tasks.
  • A cool head in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment. Prioritisation and time management are key.
