Job summary

BMW UK, Farnborough offers a Marketing Brand Communications placement year designed for students with a passion for marketing. You’ll learn by doing, join the Brand Communications team, and contribute to planning, developing and delivering campaigns across the UK and Ireland.

From day one you’ll be involved in activities across advertising, websites, social media and data, working with multiple teams and partners to deliver impactful brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2:2 and returning to study.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to spelling, punctuation and grammar.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with creative flair.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of marketing activities across areas such as advertising, websites, social media, retailer marketing and customer data.
• Work closely with colleagues across Brand Communications, wider BMW UK departments, agency partners and other stakeholders.
• Assist with the communication and amplification of experiential activity across channels.
• Get involved in a varied, hands-on placement to apply curiosity and learning.
