Job summary

BMW UK in Farnborough is offering an Events Assistant placement for July 2027. You will join the Brand Experience team and take ownership of defined areas from day one, helping plan and deliver experiential activities aligned with the BMW Marketing strategy.

You will develop project management skills, work with multiple teams, and gain exposure to logistics, budgeting, and cross-channel communications while travelling to venues in BMW Group vehicles.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a bachelor's degree with at least a 2:2.
• Demonstrable project management, planning and deadline delivery.
• Passion for the automotive industry and premium brand environment.
• Strong organisation and budget planning with attention to detail.
• Creative, analytical and strategic thinking.
• Collaborate with internal brand teams to integrate activity across channels.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support development and planning of experiential activities, incl. logistics, budgeting, and cross-department coordination.
• Collaborate with Brand Experience, Marketing, Press, Internal Communications and Retailer Communications to deliver activities.
• Assist with communication and amplification across channels (content, digital, social, PR).
