The Role:

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing one of the company's most well-known brands, focusing on driving growth, managing brand strategy, and expanding licensing opportunities into new markets. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans within an allocated budget to meet sales, profit, and market share objectives.

Your responsibilities will include leading the brand strategy in the UK, launching new product developments (NPD), overseeing artwork development for packaging, analyzing brand performance data regularly, managing the brand budget and P&L, and defining the media strategy for the brand.

Required Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the FMCG industry, preferably in the food sector
  • Ability to analyze data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven success in managing FMCG brands
