The Business:

We've partnered with one of the biggest food companies in the UK, which owns some of the most well-known brands in the category. They have an impressive brand portfolio and are constantly innovating their product range. They hire high-caliber individuals and focus on personal development and learning opportunities.

The Role:

As the Brand Manager, you will oversee a well-known brand, focusing on growth, brand strategy, and expanding licensing opportunities. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans within the allocated budget to meet sales, profit, and market share objectives.

The role includes leading brand strategy in the UK, launching NPD, managing artwork development, analyzing brand performance, managing budgets and P&L, and defining media strategies.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years in Brand Marketing within the FMCG industry; experience in food is advantageous
  • Ability to analyze data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven success with FMCG brands
