The Business:

We've partnered with one of the biggest food companies in the UK, which owns some of the most well-known brands in the category. They have an enviable brand portfolio and are constantly innovating their product range and categories. They hire high-calibre individuals and work closely with their team on personal development and learning opportunities.

The Role:

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing one of the company's flagship brands, focusing on driving growth, brand strategy, and expanding licensing opportunities across new markets. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create and execute marketing plans within an allocated budget to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives.

Your responsibilities will include leading brand strategy in the UK, launching new product developments (NDP), managing artwork development for packaging, analyzing brand performance regularly, managing the brand budget and P&L, and defining the media strategy.

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the FMCG industry, preferably in food
  • Ability to analyze data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven success working on FMCG brands
