The Business:

We've partnered with one of the biggest food companies in the UK, owning some of the most well-known brands. They have an extensive brand portfolio and continuously innovate their product range. They hire high-caliber individuals and focus on personal development and learning opportunities.

The Role:

As the Brand Manager, you will oversee a well-known brand, focusing on growth, brand strategy, and licensing expansion into new markets. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans within the allocated budget to meet sales, profit, and market share targets.

Your responsibilities include leading the brand strategy in the UK, managing New Product Development (NPD), overseeing artwork development, analyzing brand performance, managing the brand budget and P&L, and defining the media strategy.

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the FMCG industry; experience in the food sector is advantageous
  • Ability to analyze data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven success with FMCG brands
