The Business:

We've partnered with one of the biggest food companies in the UK, owning some of the most well-known brands in the category. They have an extensive brand portfolio and focus on product innovation. They hire high-caliber individuals and support their personal development and learning.

The Role:

As the Brand Manager, you will manage one of the company's flagship brands, focusing on growth, brand strategy, and licensing expansion. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing plans within an allocated budget to meet sales, profit, and market share targets.

Your responsibilities include leading UK brand strategy, launching new product development (NDP), managing packaging artwork, analyzing brand performance, overseeing the brand budget and P&L, and defining media strategies.

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the FMCG industry; experience in food is a plus
  • Proficiency in analyzing data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven success managing FMCG brands
