Job Description:

The Business:

We've partnered with one of the biggest food companies in the UK, which owns some of the most well-known brands in the category. They have an enviable brand portfolio and are constantly looking to innovate their product range and category. They hire high-calibre individuals and work closely with the team on their personal development and learning opportunities.

The Role:

As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing one of the company's beloved and well-known brands, focusing on driving growth, managing brand strategy, and expanding licensing opportunities across new markets. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and deliver marketing plans within an allocated budget to achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives.

The role includes leading the brand strategy in the UK market, bringing new product developments (NDP) to market, managing artwork development for packaging, analyzing brand performance regularly, managing the brand budget and P&L, and defining the media strategy for the brand.

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing within the FMCG industry; experience in the food sector is advantageous
  • Ability to analyze data from Nielsen, Kantar, or IRI
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proven success working with FMCG brands
