Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Omnichannel Production to oversee the execution of omnichannel campaigns across European, APAC, and ICON Markets. In this role, you will manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategies, flawless delivery, and on-time execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing campaigns for priority product/brand launches and in-life portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end omnichannel campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day execution plans for assigned markets and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with brand teams and Omni Channel Strategists to guide production and marketing asset execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally to define project requirements, timelines, and resource scheduling.
  • Ensure content is delivered as planned across all channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and agencies.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to improve workflows and execution efficiency.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify optimization opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in omnichannel marketing, project management, or digital marketing execution.
  • Strong experience managing multiple campaigns across different regions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
