Superdry PLC in Sheffield is seeking a Brand Lead to deliver an amazing in-store customer experience. You will support the management team to motivate the associates and drive excellence across all areas of the store.

You will lead the team, model brand values, and take ownership for achieving store objectives while maintaining the iconic Superdry look and standards. This role offers flexible patterns and a clothing allowance.

Formación

• Experience in retail/sales and operations in store.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Passionate about brand and delivering customer experiences.
• Experience in people management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to hit store targets and deliver excellent service.
• Be a brand ambassador by role modelling behaviours, values and style.
• Develop product knowledge and understanding of the business.
• Ensure store appearance aligns with the Superdry look and standards.
• Handle consumer issues in store with ownership and care.
• Co-ordinate operational tasks and provide feedback to associates.
• Support loss prevention and health and safety responsibilities.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling.
