Job summary

Dewar’s Aberfeldy Distillery at Bacardi is seeking enthusiastic hosts to deliver exceptional hospitality across admissions, tours, retail, bar and catering. You will engage guests with our whiskies, manage tour experiences and support café and shop operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include delivering tours with safety, storytelling, and recommendations, plus assisting with events and ensuring top standards across all guest touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to communicate with diverse guests and accommodate access needs.
• Sales experience with ability to understand customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
• Food hygiene experience and awareness of safety in bar/café environments.
• Strong teamwork to support the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct distillery tours including key messages and safety procedures.
• Engage guests with brand stories and drive interest in tours.
• Provide a warm welcome, explain touroptions and answer inquiries.
• Assist guests in the shop with product recommendations and maintain licensing standards.
• Restock and clean shop; prepare and serve food/drinks in the café following hygiene practices.
• Ensure the bar showcases whiskies in tastings and cocktails.
• Support events and continuous knowledge development; report safety near misses.
