Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits, home of one of the world’s premium spirits brands, seeks a Visitor Centre Assistant to deliver an exceptional brand experience to guests from around the world. You will lead distillery tours, host tastings, and support retail and hospitality operations at the Visitor Centre, under the guidance of the Visitor Centre Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written skills with ability to present to varied audiences.
• Knowledge of Suntory Global Spirits brands and company values.
• Charismatic with ability to educate and inspire via storytelling.
• Hospitality/retail/tourism experience desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation and energy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead distillery tours and on/offsite tastings.
• Host all levels of tours, delivering high standards of service.
• Open and close premises and manage daily diary.
• Assist with stock takes and banking reconciliation.
• Respond to customer emails and process sales orders.
• Collaborate with Visitor Centre Manager on goals and safety practices.
