Job summary

BMW UK in Farnborough is seeking an Events Assistant for a placement year (July 2027). You will support the delivery of effective event and experiential solutions aligned with the BMW Marketing strategy to support brand and sales objectives.

You'll coordinate with Brand Experience and other teams, manage logistics, budget planning, and stakeholder communication. You must be studying for a Bachelor's degree, aiming for at least a 2:2, with a passion for automotive branding and strong

Qualifications

Studying toward a bachelor's degree with at least a 2:2.
Demonstrable project management ability and meeting deadlines.
Passion for the automotive industry and premium brand environments.
Excellent organization and budget planning with attention to detail.
Creative, analytical, and strategic thinking.
Collaborates across brand channels to ensure integrated activity.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Support development and planning for activities, including managing bespoke elements.
Coordinate with Brand Experience, agencies and partners to maximise impact.
Assist with communications and amplification across Marketing channels.
