Sweaty Betty in the United Kingdom is seeking an enthusiastic in-store team member to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers choose the right products. You will contribute to sales targets, assist with product education, and maintain store standards including merchandising and stock control.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards - maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
