Job summary

HASH is hiring a Senior Brand Designer in London to own HASH’s visual language across sales and marketing. You’ll turn complex concepts into clear diagrams, create editorial graphics and establish reusable templates that scale with the company’s growth.

You’ll collaborate with founders, marketers, sellers and engineers, shaping decks, campaigns and reports while maintaining high craft and speed. A strong portfolio and experience in enterprise tech branding are essential.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
• Strong examples of persuasive presentations and editorial or campaign systems.
• Ability to turn complex technical ideas into clear diagrams or illustrations.
• Systems thinking with reusable components and templates.
• Ability to ship under multiple review cycles while preserving core idea.
• Experience collaborating with founders, marketers, sellers and engineers.
• Curiosity about AI, graphs, simulation and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve HASH’s core company, sales, pilot and research decks.
• Turn complex concepts into clear diagrams, illustrations and narratives.
• Create editorial graphics for blog posts, newsletters, social media and reports.
• Build campaign and launch systems across formats.
• Produce one-pagers and account-specific sales collateral under deadlines.
• Establish modular templates that non-designers can use.
• Extend HASH’s visual language across typography, layout, diagrams and data visuals.
• Maintain organized source files and practical design guidance.
• Collaborate with technical experts to ensure accuracy of diagrams.
