Model ML is building an AI-native workspace for investment banks, private equity, and asset managers. As Brand Designer in London, you will define and scale the design function from the ground up, shaping visual identity and communications with the founders.

This hands-on, high-impact role offers ownership of branding for a cutting-edge AI company. You'll collaborate with executives to craft a cohesive brand across product, marketing, and sales, and push innovative ideas using AI tools to drive

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, video editing, and/or content creation in B2B Tech/AI/Financial Services space preferred (agency or in-house creative team a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with solid understanding of video editing and social content tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic and motion design, static content, and video production range.

Responsabilités

• Build and evolve Model ML's visual identity across screens, slides, and assets reflecting our ambition.
• Lead concept development, storyboarding, shooting, and editing for digital content.
• Create eye-catching static social content—banners, carousels, thumbnails.
• Design and animate motion graphics to bring brand campaigns to life.
• Translate complex ideas into clear visual stories across formats (sizzle reels, teasers, explainers).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product design to ensure consistent branding across touchpoints.
• Oversee post-production (editing, sound, colour, captions) with high craft standards.
• Experiment with emerging creative and AI tools to enhance workflows.
• Set up design operations and scalable standards.
