Job summary

HASH in London and Berlin is hiring AI Solution Engineers to build real-world applications for our customers using HASH's technology. This is a highly technical, customer-facing role at the intersection of AI, systems thinking, and problem solving, requiring you to talk to customers, translate goals into robust technical solutions, and deliver value quickly.

You will lead technical discovery, design and rollout with stakeholders, work across knowledge graphs, LLM workflows and automation, and

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on AI/ML engineering, data engineering, applied AI, or product engineering experience in production.
• Ability to work directly with customers and own complex problem-solving end to end with strong communication.
• Strong judgment, high agency, and a bias toward execution in fast-moving environments with ambiguity.
• Genuine interest in helping customers succeed, with results-oriented mindset and value-driven engagements.

Responsibilities

• Talk to customers and act as a technical architect.
• Design and build AI-powered solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical plans and deployable systems.
• Work across knowledge graphs, structured/unstructured data, LLM workflows, and automation.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, implementation, and rollout with stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer teams from operators to executives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to shape the platform.
• Help define repeatable solution patterns, delivery playbooks, and best practices as we scale.
