Job summary

Gigaclear is seeking a seasoned Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and community activation across Consumer and Business markets.

You will partner with Performance Marketing, Digital & Web, and B2B Marketing to connect brand with customer growth while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

This role focuses on hyper-local marketing, content strategy, PR support, and building trusted relationships in rural communities served by Gigaclear.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, or marketing communications.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, media management and creative development.
• Experience managing agency partners and delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience in community marketing and hyper-local activation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued evolution of our brand to stay distinctive, trusted, and relevant to customers, communities and partners.
• Develop and deliver integrated quarterly campaigns that support commercial priorities across Consumer and Business markets.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Digital, and B2B Marketing to connect brand activity with customer acquisition.
• Develop hyper-local community-based marketing strategy, building trusted local advocacy and optimising campaign performance.
• Coordinate with Community Activation teams to develop scalable marketing tools, including referral and affiliate schemes.
• Use local insights to prioritise marketing investment and drive campaign results.
• Own our organic social media strategy and content across all owned platforms.
• Support PR and Corporate Communications to raise positive brand awareness.
• Work with Insight team to evaluate campaign performance and learnings.
• Create a culture of test-and-learn in campaigns to inform future planning.
