Job summary

Gigaclear in the United Kingdom is seeking a marketing coordinator to enable the delivery of its marketing strategy by providing campaign coordination, marketing operations and team support. This role offers broad exposure across marketing disciplines and a strong foundation for progression into Brand, Performance, Customer Lifecycle or B2B Marketing.

• Experience in marketing coordination or campaign administration.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience supporting campaign delivery, budgeting, and agency coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across Consumer and Business markets.
• Coordinate timelines, schedules and marketing activity to meet milestones.
• Support campaign launches with assets, approvals and logistics.
• Provide day-to-day support to brand, campaigns and community marketing managers.
• Coordinate production, storage and distribution of marketing materials.
• Maintain marketing calendar, project plans and budgets for visibility.
• Act as main contact for agencies, vendors and partners.
• Support reporting and post-campaign reviews with the insights team.
• Offer flexible support across the Marketing function as priorities evolve.
