Job summary

Service Innovation Group UK is seeking a Brand Ambassador to manage a retail territory, representing world-leading brands across multiple store environments. You’ll drive brand visibility, ensure products are executed to high standards, and report outcomes via CRM systems.

The role is field-based, requiring independent work, strong relationships with store teams, and the ability to negotiate with merchants while delivering KPIs and client objectives.

We’re looking for an ambitious and professional Brand Ambassador to manage a retail territory, representing world-leading brands across multiple store environments. You’ll play a key role in bringing brands to life, ensuring products are perfectly executed in-store and consistently delivered to the highest standards.

This is a dynamic, field-based role where no two days are the same. You’ll build strong relationships with store teams, take pride in driving brand visibility and technical compliance, and manage your territory with confidence and autonomy, all with the support of your Area Manager.

The Role

• Work independently across a defined territory, delivering your fortnightly call schedule efficiently across multiple retailers.
• Build strong relationships with key store contacts to support brand standards and in-store execution.
• Engage directly with independent business owners and decision-makers on the high street to build brand awareness.
• Conduct live payment terminal testing to ensure technical compliance and capture accurate acquirer data.
• Overcome merchant hesitation through strong negotiation, emotional intelligence and commercial advice.
• Secure and install permanent scheme signage/decals to drive visibility against competitor brands.
• Install and maintain point-of-purchase materials to a high standard.
• Adapt positively to short-term activity changes and evolving priorities.
• Deliver against client KPIs and agreed objectives.
• Accurately complete reporting via CRM systems.
• Attend national team meetings and field accompaniments as required.

What we are looking for

• Full, valid UK driving licence.

• Experience in B2B field sales, merchant acquiring, or face-to-face customer engagement.
