Job summary

Service Innovation Group UK is seeking a Brand Ambassador to manage a retail territory around Leeds, representing Apple and other world-leading brands. You will ensure in-store execution, perfect merchandising, and autonomous operations across multiple retailers.

The role is field-based with KPI delivery, reporting via CRM, and occasional national team meetings. Valid UK driving licence and merchandising experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Work independently across a defined territory, delivering your fortnightly call schedule across multiple retailers.
• Build strong relationships with key store contacts to support brand standards and in-store execution.
• Ensure products are merchandised in line with planograms.
• Identify and resolve stock availability issues with store teams.
• Install and maintain point-of-purchase materials to a high standard.
• Deliver against client KPIs and agreed objectives.
• Accurately complete reporting via CRM systems.
• Store and manage a small amount of stock and equipment at home.

We’re looking for an ambitious and professional Brand Ambassador to manage a retail territory, representing Apple and other world-leading brands across multiple store environments . You’ll play a key role in bringing brands to life, ensuring products are perfectly executed in-store and consistently delivered to the highest standards.

This is a dynamic, field-based role where no two days are the same. You’ll build strong relationships with store teams, take pride in flawless merchandising, and manage your territory with confidence and autonomy, all with the support of your Area Manager .

The Role

• Work independently across a defined territory, delivering your fortnightly call schedule efficiently across multiple retailers .
• Build strong relationships with key store contacts to support brand standards and in-store execution.

• Adapt positively to short-term activity changes and evolving priorities.
• Deliver against client KPIs and agreed objectives.

• Store and manage a small amount of stock and equipment at home.
• Attend national team meetings and field accompaniments as required.
