Job summary

The ideal candidate will travel to retail stores, build relationships with key contacts, and ensure products are displayed effectively. A Full UK Driving License is required. Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with key contacts in retailers.
• Communicate with store staff to define visit objectives.
• Ensure client products are displayed according to planograms.
• Identify and fix stock availability issues.
• Maximise brand awareness through effective display of Point of Purchase items.
• Store a small amount of stock & equipment at home.
• Adapt to change for short term activity objectives.
• Work towards KPI’s set by clients.
• Attend national team meetings and conduct local field work.

Objectives

Become a Brand Ambassador and play a pivotal role in setting up displays for market-leading clients. You will travel to retail stores within a designated territory, representing several top brands to execute new product launches, display installations, merchandising, and promotional material placements.

In this role, you will utilise your approachable nature and strong communication skills to identify new business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and contribute to our company's success.

The Role

• Building positive relationships in retailers with key contacts to achieve client objectives and influence store sales performance
• Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms
• Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues
• Ensure all Point of Purchase items are effectively displayed to maximise brand awareness and increase sales
• Store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use
• Adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively
• Work to KPI’s set by clients, aiming to increase performance of both personal and team goals
• Attend national team meetings and local field work as necessary
