HAYLEY DEXIS are looking for a Branch Support Administrator to join our well-established and expanding team based at our BML Llandudno branch.

About the role: As our Branch Support Administrator, you will play an integral role in assisting our Llandudno branch. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with customers on our Trade Counter, ensuring that orders are completed and dispatched promptly. This role offers comprehensive insight into branch operations.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing orders and managing deliveries for customers
  • Handling incoming queries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions
  • Supporting the Trade Counter operations
  • Collecting and delivering goods on an ad-hoc basis, such as during driver holidays
  • Assisting with inventory control and stock level checks

Skills required:

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Effective communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner
  • Sales experience with an engineering background is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Good manual handling skills
  • Driving license required; FLT license is a plus but not necessary
  • Willingness to learn about new systems, requirements, and procedures
