Eurocell plc is seeking a Branch Supervisor for our Swindon-based Trade Branch. The role is site-based, full-time, with an early-week schedule and a Saturday rota.

You will lead by example, deliver strong customer service, help meet branch sales targets and develop relationships with customers to grow market share. Qualifications

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
• A hands-on customer focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers.
• A commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins, whilst ensuring customers walk away happy.
• Good organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
• Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry standard software e.g. SAP.
• A full and valid driving license is essential, and a FLT licence could be a distinct advantage.
• The ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required.
• Previous branch stock take experience could be a distinct advantage.
• Experience within a similar role ideally in a trade / builders merchant /retail, glazing or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations in partnership with the Branch Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers.
• Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards and sales targets are achieved.
• Support the delivery of sales targets while maintaining positive relationships.
• Assist with branch operations and coordinate activities.
• Support Branch colleagues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Assist Branch Manager to ensure compliance with Health and Safety and company policies.
• Undertake stock takes and audits; maintain vehicle maintenance records.
