Job summary

Eurocell plc is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead day-to-day branch operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will work with the Branch Manager and Trade Counter colleagues to drive sales, manage stock and ensure safety and quality standards across the branch.

You will be hands-on, capable of motivating a small team, and comfortable working a 44-hour week with a mix of early shifts and Saturday mornings on a rota.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hands-on customer-facing supervisory role.
• Proven ability to drive service standards and sales targets.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Full valid driving licence; FLT licence an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and branch operations.
• Support Branch Manager and engage with customers to grow sales and market share.
• Ensure health, safety and company policies are followed at all times.
• Assist with branch stock, audits, and maintenance records.
• Support team to complete tasks on time and within standards.
