The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day branch operations, develop strong relationships with customers, and work to achieve branch targets while supporting regional teams and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Branch and develop the team to deliver targets.
• Ensure branch operates efficiently and delivers excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with customers to grow sales and market share.
• Manage day-to-day operations and branch team performance.
• Plan and coordinate staff cover and recruitment support to regional teams.
• Maintain training records and support training for branch staff.
• Ensure branch targets are achieved and reporting is accurate.
• Support regional management with process improvements.
