Eurocell are recruiting a Branch Supervisor to work with the Branch Manager and Trade Counter colleagues to deliver excellence in customer service and branch operations. The role is site-based with a 44-hour week and a realistic bonus potential.

You will lead by example, drive sales, manage stock and ensure health and safety compliance while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting colleagues.

Qualifications

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
• Hands-on customer focused approach and proactive engagement with potential customers.
• Commercial mindset to drive sales and maximise margins while keeping customers happy.
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise and use initiative.
• Confident IT user with MS Office and industry software (eg SAP).

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day branch operations in collaboration with the Branch Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers.
• Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards and branch sales targets.
• Support delivery of sales targets while developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Assist with delivery of branch operations and support to colleagues.
• Ensure team actions and activities are completed on time and in full.
