Eurocell Group Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Branch Supervisor to work with the Branch Manager and Trade Counter colleagues to deliver excellence in customer service and operations. The role is site based, with a 44-hour week and a 7am–4:30pm schedule, plus Saturday mornings on a rota.

Qualifications

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
• Hands-on customer-focused approach and proactive engagement with customers.
• Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise and use initiative.
• Confident IT user with MS Office and industry software e.g. SAP.
• Full and valid driving licence; FLT licence could be advantageous.
• Ability to cover for Branch Manager when required.
• Experience in a trade/builders merchant/retail environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day branch operations with the Branch Manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers.
• Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards and branch sales targets are achieved.
• Support delivery of sales targets while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Assist with delivery of branch operations and team tasks.
• Support and assist branch colleagues as required.
• Help ensure team actions are completed on time and in full.
• Ensure health and safety, and company policies are followed by the branch team.
• Undertake stocktakes and audits; maintain branch vehicle records.
• Conduct front-of-house, warehousing and merchanting housekeeping.
